When will I receive my order? 

 Orders are usually delivered within two weeks. Please allow 2-7 business days for processing, after which a shipping notification will be sent to you when the item is on the way.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover (through Sezzle) and American Express. We do not accept Paypal and cryptocurrency at the moment.

Is there a way to track my package? 

Yes. We will send you a tracking number via email and/or text message.

My order is taking too long, where is it?

Due to the current circumstances delays are to be expected. We apologize for any delays that you are experiencing. We are working extremely hard with all of our partners to reduce them to a minimum. 

Why am I not able to complete checkout?

Make sure that your have entered valid information in all the required fields on the checkout page. If you keep getting an error message such as "Oops, something went wrong", please try refreshing the page.

Do you ship your products outside of the US?

We ship to all main US states except HI and AK. We also ship to Canada but only the Echelon products for now.

Why am I not able to complete checkout with Sezzle?

If you intend to pay with Sezzle, make sure that the total amount of products added to card is lower than $2000. You can checkout with one product at the time.

I signed up for a discount and have yet to receive it.

Make sure to check you spam emails. If you have not received anything within 48 hours, please contact us either by chat or email (support@gymequipmentathome.com) we will be happy to help.

Can I assemble a product on my own?

Yes, our products come with detailed instructions and a user's manual. Assembly can usually be done within an hour.
